Main Features
The digital electronic truck scale consists of digital weighing sensors, digital weighing display controllers, modular load-bearing platforms and other equipment. Digital technology has improved the quality of the truck scale, making it easy to debug, safe to use, simple to maintain, convenient for communication, high degree of intelligence, stronger anti-interference ability, and longer transmission distance.
■ Digital Communication Technology
① Adopts RS485 bus technology to realize long-distance signal transmission with a transmission distance of no less than 1000 meters;
② The output digital signal reaches 3-4V, which has strong anti-interference ability and improves the lightning protection capability of the system;
③ The bus structure is convenient for the application of multiple weighing sensors, and up to 32 weighing sensors can be connected in the same system.

Main Technical Description of Truck Scale Equipment
1. The load-bearing weighbridge deck adopts a U-beam large girder structural design with a bridge-type steel structure. It is durable, with strong bending and impact resistance. The steel plate is made of Shaogang medium plate, with the following thickness specifications:
Deck plate: 10mm / 12 ± 0.5mm
End beam plate: 10/14mm ± 0.5mm
Load cell bearing plate: 40mm ± 0.5mm
2. The load cells meet National C3 comprehensive accuracy grade, with excellent sealing, waterproof and anti-corrosion performance. They are the most stable products in the weighing instrument industry.
3. The weighing indicator features fast response, high stability, and strong anti-interference capability. It also supports customizable print formats, daily reports, and various user-defined reports.
