Mobile truck flipper truck tipping Platform

Mobile truck flipper truck tipping Platform

Product Introduction

A Truck Dumper (also called Hydraulic Truck Unloader, Tipping Platform, or Truck Tipper) is a heavy-duty hydraulic machine used to automatically unload bulk materials from trucks, trailers, and container trucks by lifting and tilting the entire vehicle.

Instead of using a dump truck that tilts itself, a Truck Dumper tilts the whole truck + chassis to empty loose cargo quickly — even for standard box trucks or flatbeds that cannot dump on their own.

Main Features

  • Hydraulically powered lifting system
  • Tilts the platform usually between 30°~55°
  • Equipped with safety locks, wheel chocks, and emergency stop
  • Can handle full loads from 30 tons up to 100+ tons

Typical Materials Handled

  • Grain, corn, soybeans
  • Coal, ore, mineral powder
  • Sand, gravel, construction waste
  • Cement, fly ash, fertilizer
  • Wood chips, scrap, recycled materials

Main Users

  • Power plants
  • Grain depots
  • Mining & quarry sites
  • Concrete batching plants
  • Port & bulk logistics terminals
  • Waste recycling centers
  • Features of Mobile Truck Flipper

  • Wheeled / movable structure – can be towed or driven to different working positions
  • No need for deep foundation pit – almost no civil construction required
  • Quick installation & ready to use – can start working shortly after placement
  • Hydraulic lifting & reliable locking system
  • Flexible working angle for bulk material discharge
  • Compact layout, suitable for limited space
  • Can be relocated seasonally or between job sites
  • Suitable for temporary projects, leased yards, remote sites
  • Advantages Compared to Fixed Truck Dumper

  • No foundation construction requiredSaves time, cost, and engineering work; no permanent construction approval needed.
  • High mobility & flexibilityCan move between different stockpiles, yards, construction sites, or ports as needed.
  • Lower upfront investmentNo extra cost for concrete pits, civil works, or ground reinforcement.
  • Shorter lead time & faster commissioningCan be put into operation in days, not weeks.
  • Ideal for temporary or rental sitesPerfect for short-term projects, seasonal unloading, or leased terminals.
  • Easy to transfer or resellHigher asset flexibility compared to fixed, buried equipment.
  • Works on relatively flat, hardened groundNo need to reconstruct the site for installation.
  • In short:Fixed type = high efficiency, high throughput, permanent stationMobile type = flexible, movable, no foundation, fast deployment

ZFITA developed this mobile truck dumpers to handle bulk deliveries of various materials from self-dumping trucks.

This receiving hopper is available in a variety of holding capacities and discharge rates.

It can be custom built to suit your receiving tonnage and unloading needs.

A hydraulically operated reciprocating floor moves the material to your current conveying system.

This transport system provides easy viewing, a clean surface and an efficient mode of bulk unloading.

ZFITA mobile truck dumpers can improve working conditions, increase production, and save time and labor.

Production and profits increase because of a faster trip time obtained by trucks to and from the plant.

Therefore, plant efficiency is improved due to a steady flow of material, quicker unloading, and less spillage of the product.

They efficiently handle heavy-duty trucks carrying iron ore, aggregates, alumina, PKE/PKS,

as well as grains such as corn and wheat. These mobile truck dumpers enable high-efficiency unloading of trucks

into large receiving hoppers, before the materials are conveyed to shiploading or train loading systems.
